2013 Crescent Hill Old-Fashioned 4th of July Celebration
Come enjoy the 2013 Crescent Hill Old-Fashioned 4th of July Celebration this Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th at the Peterson-Dumesnil House, located at 301 S. Peterson Avenue in Louisville. The festivities will start at 10:00 a.m. each day and end at 10:00 p.m. This year’s event is free to attend and will feature two stages with an array of local talent, plus a nightly fireworks display.
This is a fun for the whole family event that will have over 100 artist booths on display featuring jewelry, sculpture, painting, watercolors, arts and crafts and more. There will be an antique car parade, a food court, a cake wheel and a children’s activity area with bounce houses for the little ones.
This year the festival will offer a variety of musical talent to entertain individuals of all ages including Bluegrass, Country, Classic Rock, Celtic, Gypsy Jazz, Folk and an array of 40’s, 50’s and 60’s music. At the end of each evening, families and friends will be awed as the night sky is set ablaze with an authentic Zambelli Fireworks display.
The 2013 Crescent Hill Old-Fashioned 4th of July Celebration is an annual event that celebrates Independence Day by bringing the community together with arts and entertainment. Come celebrate the holidays at the Peterson-Dumesnil House on July 4th and 5th.
