2nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt in Schnitzelburg April 13th
Put on your Easter bonnet and enjoy the Schnitzelburg community council’s 2nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt. This event was so successful last year that they decided to make it a yearly celebration. The search for eggs and prizes will take place on Sunday, April 13th starting at 2:00 p.m. Due to the somewhat unpredictable April showers, this year’s hunt will be held at the AmVet Post #9, located at 1567 S. Shelby Street in Louisville. This is a free to attend event, but fees will be charged for concessions, raffles and photos.
Parents can dress up their kids for pictures with Mr. and Mrs. Peter Rabbit as they make their Easter appearance. The children can search for eggs, find treats and win prizes. Photographers will be available for a fee or parents are welcome to bring their own cameras.
