Add Some Tropical Fun to the Holidays This December
Winter is a fun time of year for a few reasons. The decorations are nice, it's fun to get gifts and a lot of people forget about dieting so they can eat more cookies. The cookies really make the holidays great. But let's face it, the weather is just awful. Wouldn't it be nice to escape to the tropics and get away from it all? When you can't take a tropical vacation, you can go visit Sippin' Santa. This is a tropical-themed pop-up that's only here for the holiday season, because that's when you need a tropical vacation the most!
This pop-up has a fun tropical theme that puts you into the environment you want to be in for the holiday season. Everything looks tropical and there are plenty of drinks to enjoy, too. There are all sorts of themed cocktails and the decor is fun all by itself. The palm trees are decorated with holiday items and here, Santa rides a surfboard instead of a sleigh.
Sippin' Santa is open all month long from 4 pm to midnight Wednesday through Saturday and 4 to 9 pm on Sunday. Find the pop-up at Enso at 1768 Frankfort Avenue. That's in the Clifton neighborhood. This is a great place to spend the holidays.
Getting Christmasy in Clifton
Clifton is a bit quirky and a whole lot cool. This is a neighborhood known for its antique shops. You can also find coffee shops, restaurants and other specialty shops here, not to mention a museum, parks, schools and plenty of stuff to do. You can visit an art studio or a spa, have a drink at a craft brewery or browse the library. And if you can't find exactly what you want here, no problem. The entire downtown area is just minutes away.
And if you like your homes with a dash of history, Clifton is exactly the right place for you. There's a lot of pretty historical architecture here but with many modern twists. The homes here might have historic features but they've also got modern upgrades and design elements. You will see lots of cool lighting, stainless steel, open floor plans and the type of design that makes people just stop and stand still for a second.
Want a home that makes an impression in a neighborhood that will impress you with its variety? You want to be in Clifton!
