Celebrate the Beauty of Spring at Petal Palooza May 25

The Petal Palooza is a celebration of the tradition from spring to summer in Louisville. You will find this event at Kentucky Kingdom, where huge live flower walls have been put up to showcase the beauty of the season.

The gorgeous, colorful walls provide perfect photo oppos. You will also enjoy little extras like live music, not to mention all the rides and attractions available at Kentucky Kingdom. There are rides here for people of all ages and thrill levels, from the gentle to the truly pulse-pounding. Petal Palooza is free with admission to the park.

Kentucky Kingdom is at 937 Phillips Lane, just blocks away from Audubon Park. If you like flowers and beautiful nature, you’re going to like Audubon Park.

An Audubon Park Adventure

Located just minutes away from Kentucky Kingdom and the Louisville Zoo, Audubon Park is the type of neighborhood that looks like it could only exist on TV. When you enter the neighborhood, you'll start driving past green lawn after green lawn where custom houses sit. Many of them were built 100 years ago and you'll see many of the popular design styles fo the day. Colonial, Craftsman and bungalow styles fill up the streets here, which are lined with trees.

There are six small parks here, little green spaces for the residents to enjoy. And if that's not enough, the whole neighborhood is built around a country club. The whole neighborhood is listed on the National Register of Historic Places because the whole community is worth preserving!

Choose a home with a sparkling swimming pool, or one with two stories full of spacious rooms, a pretty brick bungalow surrounded by shrubs.
