Crescent Hill Art and Music Festival
It is time to have fun and get artsy at the Crescent Hill Art and Music Festival from June 30th to July 1st. This is one of the biggest celebrations in the area as the Peterson-Dumesnil House at 301 S. Peterson Avenue combines their annual Fourth of July celebration with the art and music fest. The end result is a fun-filled festival duet for all ages to enjoy.
The Crescent Hill Neighborhood has been getting festive for this occasion for the past 29 years. They say some things get better with age, so this is sure to be a fabulous event.
There are currently over 90 artists that will have work on display for your viewing and purchasing pleasure. There will be 2 stages on which a total of 35 bands will be providing hours of musical entertainment for the pleasure of festival attendees. You won’t have to worry about cooking dinner because there is an endless variety of food and drink available in the food court.
The activities don’t end there. This weekend is jam-packed full of entertainment for you and the family. There will be a Fun Run, Antique Car Show, a festive parade, an adorable Pet Show and finally a Silent Auction. For the little ones, there is a convenient children’s play area. The Peterson-Dumesnil House will also offer tours for your historical interests.
Crescent Hill is topping off the weekend of fun with a grand finale. This festival closes out the night with an incredible Zambelli fireworks display to light up the night sky. You and the family won’t want to miss the fun this weekend at the Crescent Hill Art and Music Festival.
