Festival of Trees and Lights Kosair Children's Hospital November 9th-11th
Santa is coming to town for the 23rd annual Festival of Trees and Lights November 9th through 11th to get the Christmas spirit flowing early. The sweet scent of pine and the soft glow of sparkling lights will fill Louisville’s Slugger Field as hundreds of intricately decorated trees and wreaths cover the area. Adults ready to pick the family tree can choose from these amazing displays of artistic inspiration from 10am to 5pm on Friday.
Following the shopping escapades, festival goers can experience the Dickens Family night with era-clad carolers and a visit from Santa himself from 6pm until 9pm. The celebration continues Saturday and Sunday with family fun festivities for children and adults from 10am to 6pm daily.
The 23rd annual Festival of Trees and Lights at Louisville Slugger Field will play host to a plethora of children's activities, fun and games. Santa will sit down with families for a pancake breakfast on Saturday morning from 8am to 10am. Afterwards, Santa will be happy to take gift requests and pose with the little ones for memorable photos. Pictures with Santa will be available both Saturday and Sunday so parents can get the traditional photo to add to the family album.
Event proceeds will be donated to the Addison Jo Blair Cancer Care Unit at Kosair Childrens Hospital.
