Forest Springs - A Welcoming Louisville Neighborhood
The Forest Springs Subdivision is a neighborhood who’s website somewhat says it all. It courteously greets the residents with the statement “Welcome Neighbor”, instead of starting out with a page of regulations. This courteous community also provides helpful links for things like local babysitters and contact information for the board of directors.
The community of Forest Springs is a neighborhood that keeps its streets well lit to ensure the safety of its residents. There are around 600 homes with tree-lined streets, underground utilities and broad sidewalks. The designers considered the comfort of the residents during construction and made sure an evening stroll could be inviting and secure.
The amenities offered to the residents of Forest Springs are definitely something to talk about. They provide a well maintained clubhouse where social gatherings can be held, along with entertaining activities. They even keep a calendar on their website to keep the community informed of upcoming events.
Inside the designer clubhouse residents have access to a state of the art exercise facility, so there is no need for a gym membership elsewhere. There is also a Junior Olympic swimming pool, a children’s pool and 2 tennis courts. The Forest Springs Swim and Tennis Club is independently owned and operated by Theineman Development, and membership is optional for property owners in the neighborhood. However, all home owners automatically become members of the Forest Springs Homeowners Association.
This is a beautiful neighborhood that is located just outside of Anchorage off of LaGrange Rd. Forest Springs has convenient access to the entire Louisville area with expressway routes on the Gene Snyder Freeway, I-71 and I-64. Having these multiple routes provides convenient shopping, entertainment and restaurant dining to neighborhood residents.
