Designing a Life in Beechmont

Beechmont is a historic neighborhood with a modern vibe. It's known for being a good foodie neighborhood so if you like to eat, you're going to feel right at home. You will also find a library here, a community center and of course, the park and all its attractions are right next door. Churchill Downs is a short drive away as well.

You will find lots of reasons to go to Beechmont. But once you see the homes you'll start to add up all the reasons to stay in Beechmont. The historic architecture here is truly stunning. You will see many Craftsman homes here, a style that is highly coveted.

The homes here were originally built for the wealthy and some designs are truly enormous, with lots of bedrooms and gleaming hardwood floors. You will find all sorts of little extras here, including built-in features, chair railings and other architectural details. But the style here is very modern. There are open floor plans, beautiful stone counters, custom cabinets and luxurious spa bathrooms.

Beechmont is a neighborhood that honors the past while embracing the future, which isn't a bad attitude at all! See how it suits your style this May...and maybe you'll end up living in Beechmont soon.
