Go to the Parklands of Floyds Fork to find yourself a nice jump roping spot. The Parklands is actually made up of four different parks, so you will definitely find plenty of space here not just to socially distance but to practice your rusty jump rope skills. The Parklands are made up of Beckley Creek Park, Pope Lick Park, Broad Run Park and Turkey Run Park. They're connected by the Strand.
In other words, there's plenty of room here to enjoy nature, go hiking or use any of the amenities you will find. This is a great area for fishing, watching the clouds, jumping rope or anything else you might want to do. The Parklands are open every day from dawn until dusk every single day of the year, even during a pandemic!
You'll find the Parklands off Shelbyville Road near Valhalla Golf Course. That's near the Lake Forest neighborhood, a community so pretty that it looks like it's really a huge park with some houses scattered across it.
