Learn About Becoming a Franchise Owner April 7
If you've ever thought about buying a franchise, you'll want to attend this workshop that helps you learn more about the process. Even when you have a set business model to follow, which is often the case with a franchise, you will have to learn certain skills and gather certain tools to increase your chances of success. That's why you'll want to go to the Business and Franchise Workshop.
Being a Franchise Owner
The workshop will cover tips and tools to help you with starting a franchise, finding the right type of business to suit your personality, what to avoid when looking for franchise opportunities, and how to minimize your risk. You'll learn more about the common mistakes debut businesses make, and you'll gain a lot of information designed to help you stay successful.
Even if you are not a business owner, the workshop will give you information about the business world and being a leader in that world. The event is at the FranNet of MidAmerica office, at 4500 Bowling Boulevard. If you’ve ever been to the Mall St. Matthews, you can find your way here. Bowling Boulevard is right next to the mall, which is one of the largest and most popular in the city.
The workshop begins at 3 and ends at 5 pm, and the two-hour session is packed with information. Best of all, the workshop is free. If you don’t like it or don’t get anything out of it, all you’ve lost is time. You can always go to the mall after, and at least then you haven’t wasted your trip. The Mall St. Matthews and the Oxmoor Center are next door to each other, and together they form some of the best shopping in all of Louisville.
Shopping Around in St. Matthews
The shopping is why so many people come to the St. Matthews area, and why those who live in the community don’t want to leave. There are several neighborhoods surrounding the mall as a result. When you’re at the workshop, you’ll be just down the road from Broad Fields.
Broad Fields is right across the street from the Big Spring Country Club, and only blocks away from Seneca Golf Course. Schools and parks are on all sides of the neighborhood, including well-known Louisville schools like Sacred Heart Academy and Waggener Traditional High School.
So go shopping in St. Matthews this April, whether or not you decide to shop for a new franchise while you’re there.
