Louisville's 55th Annual Boat, RV, and Sport Show
The Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky will be hosting the 55th Annual Boat, RV and Sport Show starting on Wednesday January 25th and ending on Sunday January 29th. This yearly show is not just about viewing the latest and greatest models offered by the most reputable dealers, but also has a host of fun events that the entire family can enjoy.
Have you ever seen a squirrel water ski? Well you can if you attend this show. Twiggy, the Water Skiing Squirrel has been featured on David Letterman and Good Morning America. She has her own custom life jacket and jets around a heated pool behind a remote-controlled boat entertaining people of all ages with her antics.
If you’re a fan of Cornhole, there will be a tournament at the show. You can enter for a chance at winning cash and some other prizes. This tourney is sponsored by River's Edge Marina and features coed brackets. All the teams are guaranteed 2 games scoring up to 21. The winning purse is $500 guaranteed, with first place taking $300, 2nd place wins $125, and third place gets $75.
Do your kids like to fish? If so, then their sure to enjoy the Kids Trout Pond, which is free for children ages 12 and younger. There is no time limit, so the kids can fish all day if they want. The only catch… is they can’t take the fish home to eat. This is a catch and release pond.
