Mutiny Fest in Louisville July 20th and 21st
Last weekend was Forecastle, but now it is time for The Mutiny Fest. The Tim Faulkner Gallery at 943 Franklin Street in Louisville will be hosting the festival on Saturday, July 20th at 12:00 p.m. until Sunday, July 21st at 2:00 a.m. Tickets are a reasonable $10 and music lovers of all ages are encouraged to attend.
This is a festival focused on Louisville and there will be local artists and vendor booths throughout the courtyard. Festival goers will be delighted by ongoing slideshows and live painting in the artist booths. There will be a food truck on hand for plenty of tasty treats, along with vintage clad cigarette girls parading the premises. There will also be a cash bar for those looking to enjoy a brew or two during the festivities.
A festival just isn’t a festival without music, and the Mutiny Fest will have 2 stages with over 25 local acts, including: The Renowned Ron Whitehead and Jinn Fuller, the incredible blues sounds of Tyrone Cotton, Clint Ackerman, Norman Buzz Minnick, Nick Storms Storm Generation Films, Derrick Wade Manly, The Brothers Sisters, Black Birds of Paradise, Red Wolf, the Foragers, The Tunesmiths and more.
