Old Louisville Holiday Home Tour December 7th and 8th
Those that love Victorian architecture will be excited to learn that the 37th Annual Old Louisville Holiday Home Tour is scheduled for this upcoming weekend. Starting on Saturday, December 7th and ending on Sunday, December 8th, history enthusiasts will be able to step back in time and see beautiful Victorian architecture dressed in its best holiday decor. Tours will be available from Noon until 6:00 p.m. on both days, and tickets are $25 in advance and $30 once the festivities start. Will call tickets and the Holiday Boutique will be available at The Women’s Club, located at 1320 South 4th Street.
Patrons will find both shuttle access and a parking lot accessible at 4th Street and Ormsby. History lovers can then choose between shuttling or walking the tour homes. That means rain, snow or shine, those that appreciate the Victorian era will be able to experience the renowned Belgravia Court homes, plus other Old Louisville homes, in all their glory. Even the residents will be dressed in their best period finery as stairwells and hallways glimmer in the candle light.
