Playdates at the Kentucky Science Center December 31st
Those looking for family-friendly New Year’s entertainment will love the Playdate programs available at the Kentucky Science Center, located at 727 West Main Street in Louisville. The doors open at 8:30 a.m. so children ages 0 to 4 years old can enjoy playtime until 9:30 a.m. This is a free to the public activity happening on December 31st. The KidsZone for kids ages 7 and up will then be open until 5:00 pm. All exhibitions including KidsZone are free to members. Non members ages 12 and up will be admitted for $13, with kids ages 11 and under being admitted for $11.
??Children of all ages can enjoy a safe, happy New Year’s Eve afternoon of fun. The KidsZone offers kids of all ages a new and exciting world of wonder to explore. Participants can create, explore and discover the wonders of water, space and the planet. This friendly workshop style environment encourages monitored science experiments and provides both a safe environment and the tools in which to do so.
The Kentucky Science Center at 727 W. Main Street encourages families to celebrate New Year’s Eve with the kids from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The free to the public Playdate for children ages 4 and under will help start the new year off with a fun adventure until 9:30 a.m. Afterwards, the KidsZone ends 2013 with the wonders of science and controlled scientific experiments for ages 7 and up with admission starting at $11 for non-members.
