Run the Cold Away This January
Participate in the Frostbite 5k this January and enjoy a day out in the park. As long as you're moving, you'll have a much easier time staying warm. This is a great way to get out of the house and still maintain your distance and your safety.
This is a 5k where you can walk or run or do a little of both as it suits you. The event begins from 9 to 10 am. Along with your entry fee, you'll get a long-sleeved race shirt to help you stay warm on the trail. All finishers will also get a charm medal as a keepsake of the event.
The registration fee is just $5 for kids aged 8 and under. Adults can register for $35. The 5k begins at the rugby field in Cherokee Park. That's at 756 Cochran Hill Road. Cherokee Park is next door to Cherokee Gardens. The real estate in this neighborhood definitely stands out. Whether you walk, run or drive around here, you're going to love the real estate you see.

Cherokee Gardens is where you'll find Whitehall, one of Louisville’s great places. The estate and grounds of Cherokee Gardens are always beautiful. The rest of the neighborhood is always beautiful, too.
The big homes here sit on even bigger lawns and they're built in beautiful traditional styles. But inside, these homes have plenty of modern luxuries.
