This Wonderful Life
This version of “It’s a Wonderful Life” is called “This Wonderful Life.” It’s a one-man show starring Doug Schutte. That’s right, a one-man show! This is a very unique version of the classic Christmas tale. Schutte will star as George Bailey and the mean Mr. Potter, Clarence the Angel and every other character that’s in this version of the story.
Head to the Bard’s Town in the Highlands at 7:30 pm to see the show. Tickets cost $23 per person. Schutte has received rave reviews for “This Wonderful Life” in local publications, including “Arts Louisville” and the “Leo Weekly.” The Bard’s Town is at 1801 Bardstown Road. That’s in the famous Highlands neighborhood, just across Bardstown Road from Deer Park. This is one of many smaller communities that helps to make up the Highlands. Once you see Deer Park, you may just make up your mind to live here for life.
