See a Sunset at Foxhollow Farm June 21
Louisville has a lot of culture and shopping, everything from the most fashionable stores to theaters to art galleries. But there’s another side to Louisville, too. This June, escape from the fast-paced world and take a little break at the quiet, beautiful Foxhollow Farm.
Serenity at Sunset
Enjoy some peace and quiet at a real farm. Come here for the sunset concert series to hear Nellie Pearl and Jeri Katherine Howell perform live. This is an event for all ages, and children aged 3 and under attend for free. Tickets for children up to age 12 cost $12, and adult tickets are $16 each. The ticket price includes parking.
Local food and drinks will be available all evening. Food vendors include Steel City Pops, Mayan Street Food and Hi-Five Doughnuts. You can also sip on craft beer. Go to the farm lawn to partake in offerings from the bar. This event begins at 6 pm.
Foxhollow Farm is at 8905 Highway 329, just minutes away from Prospect, a community that lies between Harrods Creek and the Ohio River. The beautiful custom homes here will make you want to move to Prospect for all your future sunsets.
The Pretty, Peaceful Homes in Prospect
Come here to explore the wilds of Woodlands Park, to play a few rounds of golf at the Hunting Creek Country Club or to pet the animals at Henry's Ark. Prospect has schools, restaurants and winding streets where you're going to want to stop and stare at the real estate.
Prospect is full of hundreds of homes in all shapes and sizes. There are traditional brick homes with tall white columns, modern farmhouses with lovely stone details, gorgeous estate-like houses with thousands of square feet to live in. Homes in Prospect are built in custom designs on enormous lots where they're shaded by trees. Some lots here have natural water features, rolling hills and other wonders.
Inside, the homes have luxury details like crown molding, hardwood floors, fireplaces, granite counters and more. You’ll find all sorts of things to love about Prospect this June. Who knows? You may be living here before too many more suns set over the Ohio River.
