Take a Look at these Amazing Works of Art
More than 250 cars and motorcycles will be at the 10th Annual Open Car and Motorcycle Show. People from all over Louisville will be at the show, and there’s going to be lots of great stuff to see. This is an open event, so local car and motorcycle owners who want to show off can come and share their sweet rides. Be there from 11 am to 4 pm, and be ready to wind up staring at the amazing vehicles.
The show is at 3005 River Road. That’s along the lush banks of the Ohio River, next to the historic Water Tower and the WaterWorks Museum. It's just down the road from the sprawling, beautiful Louisville Champions Park and a quick drive from the Louisville Country Club. When you're here, you won't just be surrounded by incredible machinery. You'll also be surrounded by some of the best real estate in Louisville.
Get Stunned in Mockingbird Valley
Head down Mockingbird Valley Road from the car show, and in minutes you'll find yourself surrounded by jaw-dropping traditional architecture. Tall trees will cast shade as you drive along the winding streets, looking at incredible real estate. The homes here are styled with gorgeous brick in classic styles with tall columns, soaring chimneys and lots of windows. Sweeping driveways lead up to the landscaped front lawns that lead to luxury homes.
The neighborhood is designed intentionally to feel like a country getaway, even though you can go shopping in downtown Louisville just minutes after you leave Mockingbird Valley. This entire neighborhood is residential, and this entire neighborhood is worth seeing. The big lots and natural beauty create homes for another type of residents as well: wildlife. Many types of birds live here, including red tail hawks and the great horned owl. You may even see some white-tailed deer here.
The homes in Mockingbird Valley are beautiful enough to match the outside. They have custom woodwork, breathtaking molding, hardwood floors and custom features everywhere. The rooms are spacious, and the lots are designed with lots of outdoor living spaces. Some homes here even have their own swimming pools.
See great machinery and great homes this October, and see all sorts of stunning sights while you have the chance.
