Kentucky Flea Market New Year's Spectacular

You will find just about anything you might want to buy here, from antiques to jewelry. Shop for clothes, bath and body items and lots more. There will be surplus items and other heavily discounted things to buy here, so you can get some great deals. Admission is free and if you end up making a purchase, parking is half off.

The flea market is open from 10 am to 6 pm Friday and Saturday and from 11 am to 5 pm on Sunday. This event is at the Expo Center. You’ll find that at 937 Phillips Lane, just blocks away from the lovely Audubon Park. This neighborhood is like a hidden treasure, tucked into the trees between some of the city’s biggest attractions.

Shop Around Audubon Park

You know that classic neighborhood you see in movies that has big lawns, pretty shade trees and a bunch of lovely homes with classic styles that look almost timeless? Welcome to Audubon Park. This neighborhood has a ton of charm and a look that isn't dated or trendy. It's just constantly stylish, like a little black dress or a pair of silver cufflinks. The homes here have their own look and design but they all fit together to create a wholly beautiful neighborhood.

The homes sit tucked in between trees, mostly designed with three or four bedrooms and two or more baths. Audubon Park is over a hundred years old but it does not look dated. This is a neighborhood that is untouched by time and trends. The homes here were built for everyday luxury, for comfortable living, and they still very much provide that. Audubon Park also has an awesome location. Not only is it built around a central country club that's utterly beautiful, but it's also surrounded by the zoo, Kentucky Kingdom, the Mega Cavern and several other huge attractions.

Audubon Park is definitely attractive as a place to live. It's centrally located and has access to the best of the city. You might think, as many people think, that this is some of the best real estate you'll find anywhere. Go find out for yourself this December.
