Shop at the Buy Local Fair July 30
Sometimes, the stuff you buy locally is the coolest stuff because not everyone has it. Isn't it always more fun to have something that sort of unique and different? This July, go shopping at the Buy Local Fair with the Louisville Independent Business Alliance. Even if you don't buy, there's going to be some good browsing and you're going to be at one of the city's historic attractions. This is a pretty unique sort of attraction, too. Celebrate the stuff that makes Louisville Louisville at this fair.
Sponsored by the Louisville Independent Business Alliance, this fair will be full of different vendors and little shops where you can browse for lots of cool local items. There will be lots of local artists, craftspeople and food vendors on site. You can also hear some live music and get something more adult to drink, if you fancy a sip.
The fair is open from noon to 6 pm and admission is totally free. Go to the fair at Louisville Water Tower Park at 3005 River Road. This is a historic site and it's actually one of the only historic water towers of its kind in the entire country.
