Show Off Your Shooting Skills at the Jefferson Gun Club September 28

Are you a crack shot? An avid hunter? Or just someone who likes to shoot at things, every once in a while? Everyone is invited to participate in the Sporting Clay Tournament at the Jefferson Gun Club this September. Go and test your skills, and have an afternoon shooting a shotgun. Because why not?

If you can shoot a 12- or 20-gauge shotgun, you can participate in this shooting event. There will be prizes awarded to the shooter with the best overall score, the team with the best score and the winner of the long bird competition. Shooters of every skill level are welcome to come and participate in this event, which will be held rain or shine. After all, you can’t let anything stop you from enjoying a day with a shotgun!

Participate for $1,000 for a four-person team, or $300 per individual shooter. Along with a day full of fun, everyone who joins this event will receive a swag bag overflowing with goodies. In your bag, you’ll get complimentary shells for all the target rounds at the event, a tasty catered lunch, free beverages and coaching assistance. You’ll also get complete access to the awards ceremony and reception, which will have live entertainment, Kentucky bourbon, hors d’oeuvres and craft beer, pretty much everything you need to have a good time.

It's all happening at the Jefferson Gun Club at 660 Gun Club Road. That's just minutes outside of Shepherdsville. Be there from 10 am to 6 pm, and be ready to show off all your shooting skills. While you’re here, take advantage of the opportunity to let Shepherdsville show off a little for you.
