St. James Court Art Show October 4th-6th
October features the most renowned art celebration in Old Louisville which is currently in its 57th year, the St. James Court Art Show. This highly-anticipated event takes place Friday, October 4th through Sunday, October 6th in historic Old Louisville, south of Central Park on St. James and Belgravia Courts. The hours both Friday and Saturday will be 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Sundays hours will be 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
This is a free to attend event, but SSNA Parking and Shuttle Services will be available at the Jefferson Community and Technical College parking lot at S 2nd Street and W Broadway. The park and ride fee is $10 and walk-ups are $5 per person or $10 per group of 4 or less. All proceeds benefit the Second Street Neighborhood Association, the Old Louisville National Historic Preservation District and the Jefferson Community and Technical College Foundation.
The St. James Court Art Show is a celebration of all things art and music. There will be well over 750 juried artists displaying their wares. Attendees will find finely crafted handmade clothing, purses, scarves, jewelry, statues, paintings, wood carvings and prints from all across North America, along with local business booths offering a variety of information. There will be food galore in the food court area and even live music to keep the fair goers' ears entertained.
The 57th Annual St. James Court Art Show Friday, October 4th through Sunday, October 6th will offer plenty of eye-catching activity for families and friends of all ages. Celebrate art in historic Old Louisville’s Belgravia and St. James Court this weekend.
