Take the Kids to the Louisville Kids Fair Indoor Carnival February 22
Get everybody together and go to the Kentucky Expo Center for the Louisville Kids Fair Indoor Carnival. There will be fun things to do here for people of all ages and things for everyone to see and enjoy.
The Louisville Kids Fair Indoor Carnival is the largest indoor carnival in the region. There will be more than 130,000 square feet of space packed with activities and enjoyment. Inflatables, zip lines, carnival rides, the list goes on and on. There will be a magic circus tent, an entire mini golf course, pony rides and even a petting zoo. Spiderman and SpongeBob will be here, too!
See a stage show, look at some cool robots and have a good time. For the littlest members of the household, you can go to Tot-Town. Simply by being here, you’ll be doing a good thing. A portion of each ticket price goes to support Kosair Charities. Tickets are $12 for children and $10 for adults.
Be at the Expo Center any time from 10 am to 8 pm to take in the whole indoor carnival. The Expo Center is at 937 Phillips Lane. That’s right next door to the Audubon Park Country Club and the lovely Audubon Park neighborhood. This collection of quiet streets has some of the prettiest real estate in the city. Have some fun checking out the homes here while you're in the area.
Get Festive in Audubon Park
Drive under the shade trees down the streets of Audubon Park to discover lovely homes built in traditional 1920s and 1930s designs. This neighborhood is full of bungalow and Craftsman styles, pretty Tudor revivals and Colonial revivals. The houses are made with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and sit on pretty lawns. Some homes here have swimming pools, and all the homes here have features to love.
Audubon Park is next to the Louisville Nature Center and the Louisville Zoo. It's centrally located near the middle of the city, and it's got quick access to anywhere else you might want to go. There's a bowling alley nearby, not to mention several restaurants and a hospital. There are schools, a post office, even the Mega Cavern!
Go see Audubon Park and you'll start feeling festive pretty soon.
