The Louisville Blues-N-Barbecue Festival July 19th - 21st
Patrons of the Riverfront at the Louisville Water Tower will be feeling the blues New Orleans and Memphis style this weekend at the Annual Louisville Blues-N-Barbecue Festival. This three day event will be held at 3005 River Road in Louisville on Friday, July 19th from 5:00 p.m. until 11:30 p.m, Saturday, July 20th from 4:00 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. and Sunday, July 21st from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Admission is $8 prior to 6:00 p.m. and $11 afterwards with all children under the age of 10 being admitted for free. There will also be free parking for those that attend.
The Louisville Blues-N-Barbecue Festival is the ideal place to go to enjoy a variety of blues and a whole lot of good old-fashioned barbecue from a variety of chefs in the Louisville area. Beef, chicken, pork and shredded, slab or rib, it will all be here and each sample will boast of a secret ingredient that cannot be told.
The Riverfront at 3005 River Road and all along the banks of the Ohio will be ringing the blues as the music runs from July 19th through the 21st. This is a family-friendly event and festival goers are welcome to bring blankets and fold ups, but please leave your pets and any coolers at home.
