The Upper Highlands Neighborhood Festival on June 22nd
The Upper Highlands is celebrating another year of continuing to beautify the community with the Upper Highlands Neighborhood Festival. This Saturday, June 22nd from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on the Atherton High School front lawn, located at 3000 Dundee Road in Louisville, there will be much food, fun and music. This is a free to attend event that ensures entertainment for the entire family.
The Upper Highlands Neighborhood Festival will have live music throughout the festivities, a children's activity and play area, a neighborhood history display with presentations from both the police and fire departments and a variety of vender booths offering clothing, jewelry, arts and crafts and special interests.
The Red Cross Bloodmobile will be available for donations and there will be a variety of food, drinks and carnival style treats available. If that doesn’t appeal, the corner of Bardstown and Dundee offers coffee shops, Graeters Ice Cream, Twig and Leaf and more dining possibilities.
Celebrate the Highlands at the Upper Highlands Neighborhood Festival at 3000 Dundee Road on Saturday. This free and fun for the whole family event will remind community members of the special qualities the Highlands possesses and show visitors the reason the Highlands is such a popular community to live and thrive in.
