Riverside, the Farnsley-Moremen Landing Trick-or-Treat

Riverside was built around the year 1837 in grand Greek Revival style, a popular look in Louisville during that time. The house was designed to provide a stunning view of the nearby river. The same family owned the property all the way until 1988, when it was sold to Jefferson County. This was once a bustling farm, and today the property is still used for beautiful gardens and architectural research.

See this incredible property at 7410 Moorman Road. That's just a few minutes away from nearby Prairie Village, a neighborhood that's definitely kid friendly. Don't leave the area without taking a look at the real estate here and seeing more of what this community has to offer.

Treat Yourself to Some Time in Prairie Village

Prairie Village is also home to the Jefferson Community and Technical College campus. This neighborhood even has its own medical district thanks to the nearby Jewish and Saint Mary's Hospital Southwest. Several specialists and medical offices are located here. Along with everything else Prairie Village has to offer, this neighborhood is well-known for its little league baseball programs.

The real estate here is designed with classic, traditional good looks. Many of the homes here are built in brick and stone designed with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Attached garages, wide lawns with mature trees and lots of square feet are common home features here. The houses in Prairie Village are designed to be both spacious and homey, and this whole neighborhood has a warm, welcoming look.
