Brazilian Musicians to Fill Eifler Theatre with Choro
Trio Brasileiro consists of three Brazilian musicians playing percussion, guitar and mandolin in a fresh style that is fast and uplifting. Their sound is pure and simple but played with a zooming speed displaying their talent as musicians. When their music fills the Clifton Center it will put a collective smile on the faces of those in attendance. Be forewarned, you may be strumming your invisible guitar before you have realized it's happening.
The trio hails from Brazil. and their music is the Brazilian traditional style, choro. Choro will ring familiar in your ears, almost tricking you into thinking you might be listening to a fusion of New Orleans style jazz with a samba. Their music is self-described as having an understated subtlety and irresistible groove.
