Try Something New to Eat This March

Do you like good flavor combinations? How about burritos? And, the 1980s? If all this sounds pretty good, New Wave Burritos is a great place for you to be this March.

Catch a New Wave

New Wave Burritos is all about providing you with a fun experience along with good food. The decor is 1980s-themed. That means there are pinball machines, a record player and cool little touches that harken back to that era.

New Wave Burritos

And when you're done feasting your eyes on the decor and you're ready to fill up your belly, the menu is full of tasty options. Even the menu is fun because it's full of burritos with unusual names. Bite into the Tourist, a burrito made with roasted chicken, black beans, rice, slaw and Monterrey jack cheese. Not your style? Try the Basher, a burrito made with braised pork, black beans, rice, veggies and cheese. You might like a Lemmy, which has marinated flank steak, fries, guacamole, salsa, cheese and onions. There are even more selections on the menu and every one of them is fun.

New Wave Burritos is open Monday through Thursday from 4 pm to 10 pm and Friday and Saturday from 4 pm to 11 pm. Drop in anytime to try a variety of tastes. New Wave is at 3311 Preston Highway. That's just a few blocks outside of Parkway Village.

Catch Sight of Parkway Village

Parkway Village is literally surrounded by green spaces. There's a country club just a few blocks away, the Nature Center is within a short drive and there's a scattering of parks all around the neighborhood. There's a hospital just outside the neighborhood and schools all around. And the shopping! There's an actual bookstore nearby, along with several other unique shops and some of the more standard places you need to visit, too. Restaurants, check. Nightlife, you can also find it nearby. It's not a long drive from here to get just about anywhere you want to go in the city and there's always something to do close by.

All this, and you don't even know about the homes in Parkway Village. This is mostly a residential neighborhood that's mostly made up of quiet streets where tall trees grow and pretty houses sit back on nice front lawns. The multi-bedroom homes here have interesting designs and classic good looks. Made with siding and pretty colors and full of amazing modern features like recessed lighting, custom cabinets and incredible stone counters, these homes are designed to impress. See which home in Parkway Village stuns you this March.
